After Accreta Co. – Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 2026
At After Accreta Co. ("After Accreta Co.," "we," "us," or "our"), your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, book a session, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described below. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
1.Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to visitors to our website, individuals who join our waitlist, prospective and current clients who book an intro call or navigation session, and providers who submit information through our "Partner With Us" form. It does not apply to third-party sites we may link to, including the websites of the specialists and providers in our referral network — please review their own privacy practices separately.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information you give us directly When you join our waitlist, book a call, complete a form, or email us, you may share:
Your name, email address, and phone number
Scheduling details (via Acuity Scheduling) and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves)
Details you choose to share about your PAS diagnosis, birth experience, or postpartum recovery, to the extent you offer them so we can better direct you to appropriate support
Messages you send us directly, including through social media or podcast-related outreach
b. Information collected automatically Like most websites, our site (built on Squarespace) automatically logs some technical data when you visit — things like your browser type, device information, referring pages, and general usage patterns. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used; This data does not personally identify you and is used solely to improve our website and services.
c. Information from third parties If a provider in our network refers you to us, or if you're referred by a friend, family member, or another organization, we may receive your name and contact information from that referral source.
3. A Note on Sensitive Health Information
We understand that PAS-related information is deeply personal. Any health or medical details you choose to share with us are used solely to help match you with appropriate specialists and support — never to diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care ourselves, and never for advertising, profiling, or resale. You are always in control of how much you disclose to us; nothing about our navigation services requires you to submit medical records or formal intake documentation.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Respond to waitlist sign-ups and inquiries
Schedule and conduct your free intro call and paid navigation session
Connect you with vetted providers across our referral specialties (birth trauma/perinatal therapy, pelvic floor rehab, postpartum nutrition, and support groups)
Process payment for services through Stripe
Send updates about our launch, waitlist status, or services you've requested
Improve our website, content, and service offerings
Meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations
We do not use your health-related information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.
5. When We Share Information
We are not in the business of selling your data. We share information only in these situations:
With service providers who help us operate, such as Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, Squarespace, and our email platform — each solely to the extent needed to perform their function for us.
With specialists in our referral network, but only at your direction. We will never send your information to a provider without your explicit go-ahead.
When legally required, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of you or others.
In connection with a business transition, such as a merger or sale of the business, in which case your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, you can request that (see Section 9).
7. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions to protect your information — including relying on the security practices of the vetted third-party platforms we use (Acuity, Stripe, Squarespace). That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (through Squarespace's built-in analytics) to understand site usage and improve your experience. You can adjust your browser settings to limit or block cookies, though some site features may not function as well as a result.
9. Your Choices & Rights
You can:
Request a copy of the information we hold about you
Request that we correct or delete your information
Withdraw consent for us to share your information with a referral provider
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically as our services evolve. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above when we do, and encourage you to check back occasionally.
