These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services provided by After Accreta Co. ("After Accreta Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Who This Is For
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. Our Services are intended for women navigating a placenta accreta spectrum diagnosis or recovery journey.
What After Accreta Co. Does
After Accreta Co. is a peer navigation and recovery support service for women who have experienced placenta accreta spectrum. We provide personalized guidance, vetted specialist connections, and recovery support based on information you voluntarily share with us. After Accreta Co. does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services of any kind.
My Role, Plainly
After Accreta Co. acts as a peer navigation and referral service only. Ashley is a PAS survivor and navigator, not a licensed medical, clinical, or mental health provider. Any relationship formed between you and a specialist we connect you with is solely between you and that provider. Specialists operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of After Accreta Co.
How Sessions Work
After Accreta Co. currently offers services on a session basis. There are no membership or subscription plans at this time. Any future offerings will be clearly communicated with updated terms prior to billing. Our navigation service is a private, one-hour session dedicated entirely to you and where you are in your accreta recovery. Together we identify what support you need, connect you with the right specialist, and create a clear path forward. This is a peer support service only and does not include clinical assessment, treatment planning, or ongoing case management.
Pricing and Payment
Payment for the Navigation Session is due at the time of booking. We accept payment through our secure booking platform. All prices are listed in USD. After Accreta Co. reserves the right to update pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
If You Need to Cancel
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
A Few Ground Rules
By using our Services you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or circumstances, share session content without consent, or use our Services for any unlawful purpose. After Accreta Co. reserves the right to discontinue Services to anyone who violates these standards.
What This Is Not
After Accreta Co. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. All information shared through our website, podcast, social media, or sessions is based on lived experience and general knowledge only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for all medical decisions related to your recovery. Any content published by After Accreta Co. across platforms including podcast episodes is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
If Something Goes Wrong With Access
After Accreta Co. makes reasonable efforts to keep our website and booking systems available at all times. However we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any disruption, outage, or technical error that affects your ability to access our Services.
Ownership of Content
All content on this website including text, graphics, podcast episodes, guides, and workbooks is the intellectual property of After Accreta Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Unauthorized use of our content is a violation of these Terms.
Limits on Our Responsibility
After Accreta Co. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
